Our goal
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used standards for making websites easier to use for people with disabilities.
Features of this website
We've designed this website with these features in mind:
- Large, easy-to-read text
- Colors chosen for strong contrast between text and backgrounds
- Pages designed to work with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page
- Large buttons and links meant to be easy to tap
- Headings and labels meant to work with screen readers
- Pages designed to work when you zoom in, and on phones and tablets
- When video is added, we plan to include captions and transcripts

Medicare's accessibility resources
Medicare offers information in accessible formats, such as large print, braille, and audio. Visit Medicare's accessibility page, or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.
Insurance companies also provide plan documents in accessible formats. Call the member services number on the plan's materials to ask.
Known limits
We're still testing, and some parts of this website may not fully meet this goal yet. Some content comes from other websites, such as Medicare.gov and insurance company sites. I can't control how accessible those sites are, but I'm glad to help you get the information another way.
